From dirt to table


I started growing potatoes a few months ago. This is what I pulled up this morning. 


Yukon Gold and red potatoes. 

I roasted them in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes then topped them with melted butter, paprika, garlic powder & fresh chopped cilantro.
