1 medium sized daikon
1 large sized carrot
handful of fresh cilantro diced
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp paprika
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
I used a julienne peeler on the daikon and carrot to get long uniform strips.
In a bowl mix the daikon & carrot strips, diced cilantro, dried ingredients and sweet chili sauce.
Mix well and chill for at least an hour.
