Hummus


Easy hummus made with pantry staple ingredients. 
1 cup Bob's Red Mill garbanzo bean flour 
2 TBSP grapeseed oil 
1/2 cup of water 
2 TBSP tahini 
1 TBSP parsley flakes 
1 tsp granulated garlic 
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice 

Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl. 

Refrigerate the hummus for an hour to thicken before serving.
