In a blender or food processor blend -
1/2 cup of seasoned vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
1 large handful of cilantro
handful of basil or Thai basil
7 cloves of peeled garlic
30 - 40 Thai chili peppers
Once I blend all of the ingredients I scoop it into a silicon baking dish.
Freeze it over night and pop the cubes out. (easy to do in the silicon)
Use a cube or more for stir fries and soups.
