Ingredients -
16 oz canned pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/3 cup condensed milk
2 TBSP cinnamon sugar
1 TBSP pure vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, cinnamon sugar, and vanilla extract.
Blend in the pumpkin puree.
Lastly, add in the condensed milk and blend well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spoon the mixture into a pan - I used a silicon small brownie pan.
Cook for 30 minutes until the tops harden.
